At Iron Republic Co, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, which means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase. For that reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges, but we will consider returns, refunds, or replacements on a case-by-case basis for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We may accept return or refund requests if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item was misprinted or significantly different from what was ordered
- You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong size or color)
2. Request Process
To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email us at support@ironrepublicco.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the problem
We will review your request and may approve a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.
3. Replacements
In many cases, if the issue is due to a manufacturing or printing error, we may offer to send you a replacement item at no cost instead of issuing a refund.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or our fulfillment partner’s.
